Refund Policy

A celebration costs $8.99 as a one-time purchase. Because you can personalize, save and preview your invitation before you pay, completed purchases are generally final and nonrefundable.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Changes of mind
• Canceled or postponed celebrations
• Invitations that are no longer needed after purchase
• Personal preference after purchase

We want every customer to receive the invitation experience they paid for. We will review and, where appropriate, refund:

• Duplicate charges for the same celebration.
• Confirmed billing errors, such as an incorrect amount.
• Significant technical failures that prevent you from accessing or publishing your purchased invitation, where we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time.
• Unauthorized transactions, handled under the payment provider's dispute rules.
• Any refund required by applicable law.

Send us a message through the Contact Us form, choose “Billing or purchase issue”, and include the email address on your account, the celebration name and a short description of what happened. You can also email support@savetheyay.com.

We'll look into it, may ask a follow-up question, and will tell you the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider. There is no automatic refund button.

Your purchase applies to one celebration. You can keep editing and managing that celebration according to the features included with your purchase, without paying again.

Unpublishing an invitation or canceling an event does not by itself qualify the purchase for a refund. If a refund is issued, the invitation may be taken offline, but your saved details, photos and guest replies are not automatically deleted.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other consumer rights you have under applicable law.
