You need an account to save or publish invitations. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement where you live. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity in your account. Guests can reply to invitations without an account.

Save the Yay! provides designer invitation templates, a Studio for personalizing them, private links to share published invitations, guest replies (RSVPs), guest-list tracking and calendar links. We may improve or change features over time. We don't plan, book or host events, and we don't sell physical products.

You keep ownership of the words and photos you add. You give us permission to store, display and process them only as needed to provide your invitation to you and your guests.

Only upload content you have the right to use, and only include other people's personal details or images when you have a reasonable basis to do so.

• No unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or explicit content.
• No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or using invitations for unrelated advertising.
• No attempts to access other people's accounts, events or guest information, or to disrupt the service.

A published invitation is available to anyone who has its link. You decide who receives it. You can edit a published invitation, and saved changes appear on the live page. You can unpublish it at any time without automatically deleting your details or guest replies; the retention period below still applies.

Personalizing and saving drafts is free. Publishing a celebration requires a one-time purchase of $8.99 plus applicable taxes, if required. There is no subscription and no per-guest charge.

Each purchase applies to one specific celebration. It doesn't transfer to other events. Editing, unpublishing and republishing that same celebration doesn't require another purchase. A purchase is confirmed only when our payment provider confirms it.

Each purchase includes up to 150 invited guests per celebration. This is an invited-guest allowance, not a count of confirmed attendees or page views. Published invitations and RSVPs remain available for 12 months after the event date unless you unpublish or delete the event sooner. Purchases are not yet open.

Completed purchases are generally final, with exceptions for duplicate charges, billing errors, unresolved significant technical failures and refunds required by law. See our Refund Policy.

Hosts are responsible for the events they create and for how they use guest replies. Save the Yay! isn't responsible for the events themselves or for communications between hosts and guests. Guests should give only information they're comfortable sharing with the host.

Published invitations and RSVPs are retained for 12 months after the event date, subject to earlier deletion at your request. Events moved to Trash can be restored for 30 days and are then permanently deleted, including photos, guest lists and replies.

We work to keep Save the Yay! available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the celebration concerned. The invitation designs, artwork, photography, typography choices and site content are owned by or licensed to Save the Yay!. You may use them to create and share your own invitations, but not copy, resell or redistribute them separately.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and will tell you where appropriate. You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be waived.
